Return & Refund Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@doughtinator.com to begin the return process. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can fix the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product, and place a new order after the return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at info@doughtinator.com.
